So, we’re taking a week off. A ukular holiday if you like. Fear not, for we return next Tuesday 28th for a second visit to the Aruba Bar, where The Wurzels will be joining us for their summer Cider Festival. We had much fun there in April, so whilst we’re off on our jollies we’re already looking forward to our return.
Thanks a million to the fine folk at The Pennington Sports & Social Club for making us very welcome at your annual Beer Festival last Friday. Thanks to the crazy dancers and Delilah choir. Same time next year? The Bulmers promoted Live & Local event at The Broadway was also much fun, greeted as we were by a car park full of friendly faces and a stage the size of… well, The Broadway car park. Thanks to the stage invaders for their choreography!
And lastly to Adam and everyone at The Bear Inn at Weston-Super-Mare, as always we thank you for your smiles and fine hospitality. No crazy dancers, but you definitely won the best heckles of the weekend. See you again soon!
So the rest of July sees us at the Aruba Bar on the 28th, and on Friday 31st we’re playing a BCHA Ignite fundraiser in Boscombe Gardens in the afternoon, and an eagerly awaited first visit to Jalarra in the evening. For a look at all of our upcoming gigs take a peek at our listings page.
To the future!
